At Kahii, coffee isn’t just a menu item - it’s a craft. Every cup is built on precision, consistency, and flavour-first decisions, from the beans we choose to the recipes we create. We partner with Aqua Moon, multi award-winning roasters, to create a custom blend made specifically for Kahii. It’s not a generic “house blend” - it’s built for balance, clarity, and everyday deliciousness.
Our approach is deliberately focused. We order coffee in small batches to ensure peak freshness and flavour, serve our specialty coffee in one carefully chosen cup size to maintain balance and consistency, and test recipes daily to make sure each cup is tasting exactly as it should.
Behind the bar, our team brings over 15 years of combined specialty coffee experience, with the skill and attention to detail needed to let great coffee speak for itself. Alongside our signature blend, we also offer single origin coffees, cold brew, and batch brew, giving you more ways to explore flavour.
