Kahii’s seasonal cocktail menu invites guests to experience tea and coffee in entirely new ways. Each drink has been crafted using seasonal Australian ingredients and rare teas and coffees from around the world, blended through a Japanese lens and delivered with quiet precision.

Each cocktail is carved around the details—from flavour balance to hand-cut ice designed to match each drink’s profile.

The cocktail menu changes every three months, with each new season offering a chance to explore different flavours, ingredients and ideas.

Acclaimed Mixologists

Kahii's seasonal and signature cocktails are created by Jude Zhu and Flynn McLennan.

Jude is Beverage Creative Lead. She was a World Class Bartender Australia top eight finalist, has had a drink in the Boothby Top 50 Drinks of the Year three years running, and holds a Gérard Basset Foundation scholarship. In 2025 she was part of the Tales of the Cocktail Red Coat Program.

Flynn is Bar Manager. Before Kahii he owned Gorgeous George and The Long Goodbye.

Tea and coffee run through the list, the way they run through the day. Jude also leads the cocktail masterclass at Kuro, next door at 368 Kent Street.
