Our Gatsby blend is crafted from the finest Arabica beans, sourced from Fazenda California in the Brazilian subtropical region of the Norte Pioneiro do Parana. This family-owned farm uses a ‘double fermentation’ process to create a clean cup with intense butterscotch, sweet mandarin, and a creamy nut-chocolate finish. Our signature house blend is then roasted in small batches to ensure the highest quality and optimal state for your enjoyment.
Huila, Colombia
Our Gatsby blend is rounded out with beans sourced from Huila, Colombia which is surrounded by cordilleras and renowned to have some of Colombia’s top coffee. The perfect topography of the area has the beans growing in rich volcanic soil which helps to generate homogeneous climatic and altitudinal characteristics, resulting in a balanced cup profile with rich floral and caramel notes.
